Welcome to The Gentle Breath blog.

I created this safe space for us because the internet can feel loud, demanding, and exhausting. I want us all to experience a more considered life. Kinder. Softer. Slower. More human.

So The Gentle Breath is a quiet corner where we can all pause, rest, and exhale together.

Space To Exhale is 1 Year Old!

As many of you know, it has now been almost one full year since the release of Space To Exhale. I can hardly believe it! The time has flown by. Over the past 12 months, I have heard from readers and supporters like you navigating burnout, grief, overwhelm, healing, transition, exhaustion, and recalibration. Again and again, I have been reminded of something important:

People are not lazy. People are tired. Deeply, deeply tired. And many of us have spent years believing we had to earn rest, softness, boundaries, stillness, or care. Well here’s a reminder: You do not. You deserve to rest, and you get to rest just by dint of you being human.

As we move toward the one-year anniversary of Space To Exhale on June 17, I want this next season to be even more supportive and community focused. So in each edition (I’m still figuring out the cadence), The Gentle Breath will offer:
